Lookie what arrived in the mail today from grannyscloset? A DPN holder, crochet holder and a tissue holder:

In knitting news, I've put the sleeves of petal onto scrap yarn, which I don't have a picture to show you because I forgot to upload that one, so you will just have to believe me.

Started another Green Gable using Lion Brand Cotton Ease, no picture - same reason as above.

I also bought the twentyeight 30 pattern from the zephergirls. I plan to use the Rowan Magpie yarn I found at Value Village for 1.99! I am not sure how good this thing will look on me, but it looks like a quick knit so I will find out shortly. My progress is further along from this:

After the big snow fall Toronto has experienced, my husband used his snowblower to blow all the snow in the backyarnd into one big hill for the kids to snowboard and toboggan down. They love it and it is so much fun. I know this because I went down it about 15 times yesterday. Here is a not so good picture, but you get the idea:
