Knitting Up A Storm!

Last night was so exciting for my two girls. They got to skate at the Air Canada Center at the first intermission of the Toronto Maple Leaf game! Tim Hortons sponsors my girls' hockey novice division and this is a special event from Tim Hortons to the timbits of their league.

My youngest daughter was goalie who got a shut out! Looks like she was born to play this position:

And my older daughter scored the one and only goal (thankfully my girls were on the same team!)

Future Star?

They had such a blast last night. I am so happy and proud of them. We also got four tickets to watch the 2nd and 3rd period. What lucky ducks we are!!!

After the game was over and we were heading back to the bus to take us home, quite a few people congratulated my older daughter on her goal. I am sure this is one night they won't forget.

On to knitting. Here is my progress on Cobblestone after knitting the first skein:
