Knitting Up A Storm!

Tuesday, November 08, 2005

Not sure what to post about over the next few days. I will only be able to report what row I am on the Shedir chemo hat. Not exciting, but I'll see what I can come up with. BTW - I'm starting row 18 of 83.

Knitting cables are really not that difficult, due to the fact Jenna Wilson wrote the pattern so well. It is quite wonderful to watch as they grow. I'm even starting to memorize the instructions for each round. And know what should come next. WooHoo.

This hat is a nice intro to cabling. But I doubt I will make a cable sweater anytime in the near future. Takes way too much concentration and effort on my part.

Once I get a bit further, I'll take a WIP picture to show off the cable detail.

Have a good one.
